Courier selection and pricing
Available couriers and fees depend on the seller’s origin, your saved delivery location, parcel weight and packaged dimensions, service zones, and the courier’s current rates. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery times.
Delivery to your address
The selected courier collects the package from the seller and moves it through its delivery network to the address confirmed at checkout. Keep the address and phone number accurate.
Pickup option
When offered, pickup means the courier delivers to its nearest stated pickup location rather than your home. The displayed pickup fee reflects the courier’s reduction. Bring suitable identification or collection information.
Tracking stages
Orders may move through rider assignment, seller pickup, origin hub, transit, destination hub, out for delivery, staging and delivered. A staged delivery is delayed in the courier network and is not necessarily lost.
Receiving safely
Inspect the parcel before confirming receipt where practical. Never give a payment or withdrawal OTP to a seller, rider or support agent.
