Courier partners configure their identity, active service zones, postal coverage, package rates, pickup allowance, pickup locations and operating schedule.
Delivery operations
Assign riders, collect processed packages, and record each tracking stage promptly. Buyer contact information becomes available only when operationally necessary for final delivery.
Courier earnings
Service fees remain locked until delivery and buyer confirmation. AMAKET commission is deducted before the net amount becomes available for Paystack withdrawal.
Service standards
Maintain accurate status updates, protect packages and personal information, investigate delays, and use staging only where a delivery genuinely cannot proceed immediately.
