How protection works

1Keep the transaction on AMAKETPay through the checkout shown for the order. Payments sent directly to a seller or courier may not be verifiable.
2Follow the recorded deliveryReview delivery updates and keep your contact details available for the courier where needed.
3Inspect before confirming receiptConfirm only after you physically receive and reasonably inspect the package. Confirmation does not remove non-waivable statutory rights.
4Open the correct case on timeOpen an ordinary marketplace case within 7 calendar days of delivery, collection or confirmation. Quality and safety claims have a separate three-month pathway where applicable law requires.

When to ask for help

Use My Orders for an eligible order that is damaged, incomplete, wrongly supplied, materially different, defective, unsafe or subject to a counterfeit concern. For non-delivery or a delivery issue before the order is available for review, contact support promptly. Keep the item, packaging, order reference, delivery details, photos and relevant messages where practical. AMAKET may request additional information to understand the issue fairly.

What Buyer Protection does and does not do

Buyer Protection is a marketplace support and dispute-handling process, not insurance or an unconditional refund promise. It helps AMAKET preserve the transaction record, pause appropriate settlement activity, request evidence and decide an available remedy. It does not cover off-platform payments, private arrangements, ordinary wear, intentional damage, a buyer’s misuse or a claim that cannot be connected to the order. Reviews consider the available platform record and evidence from all parties.

Fair review for everyone

Buyers must make truthful, order-specific claims; sellers and delivery partners must cooperate with reasonable evidence requests. Fraudulent claims, forged evidence, abusive disputes or chargeback misuse may lead to restrictions and lawful recovery action. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
